Art Terms of Services
ShayNox Studios Art ToS:
Business Hours:
Sunday: 10am - 8pm (Fursuits)
Monday: 10pm - 12am (art)
Tuesday: 10pm - 12am (art)
Wednesday: 10pm - 12am (art)
Thursdays: 10pm - 12am (art)
Fridays: 5pm - 12am (Fursuits)
Saturday: 10am - 10pm (Fursuits)
*Hours subject to change at any time without notice. Sick days, emergencies, and other issues are some examples of reasons to change working hours. Convention attendance also overrules working hours, I do NOT work during conventions. (Currently attending FE2019).
TOS (Terms of Service):
- I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time with full refund.
- I reserve the right to cancel any commission WITHOUT refund if a customer is being unnecessarily rude, hostile, aggressive, or pestering more than 2 days in a row (without just cause).
- Clients may request a prorated refund on any art commission at any point EXCEPT on Acrylic Charm commissions. No refunds may be requested on those once they are started.
- I am not your friend. Please understand, I am not being rude, but personal relationships and work relationships stay SEPARATE. I have had too many past issues with mixing the two, and I am very busy, I cannot handle constant pestering. A polite conversation once in a while is fine, and a friendship can definitely be formed after a commission is completed, however if a future piece is commissioned, the two relationships will remain separate, ie, business talk on one form of social media, friendship talk on another.
- Payment for art MUST be 100% up front, unless it reaches $50+, in which case a payment plan can be discussed. Commission is dropped without refund or completion if full amount is not paid off within 30 days, although 60 and 90 day payment plans can be discussed for larger pieces.
- Completion time is anywhere from a few hours to a few months depending on the type of piece. Patience is required, I draw when I am inspired to provide the absolute best quality possible.
- You may request a WIP or update at any point, however please leave at least 4-5 days after the last WIP/update to ask me for a new one. You are (most likely) not the only person on my queue, and I also have college and a family. Please refer to my business hours for when is best to contact me (fastest response time) and for better likelihood of me having access to a WIP. If I am at college, I will not have access to a WIP. If I am spending time with my family, I am not going to drop everything to accommodate you, that is not fair to my family.
- If I do not have a new WIP for you, that is not reasonable grounds to request a refund. You are likely not the only one in my queue, and I have other responsibilities (ie fursuits, family, etc).
- I go in order of my queue EXCEPT in the case of rush orders. Rush orders are not always offered.
- There are approval stages; sketch, line, and flat color. At each stage, general edits may be requested. You can request one new pose sketch if you don't like the first; after this additional costs may be incurred. Lineart and flat color you may request minor changes, major changes may incur additional fees.
After this point, shading is artistic liberty. You may have a final approval on the completed piece, but only minor changes can be requested on final approval without editing fees.
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW: Mecha, NSFW, fetish, sergals, sharks, Wickerbeasts.
Fursuit Terms of Services
Deadlines and Work Process:

- Strict deadlines are not offered due to possible unexpected situations such as death in the family, medical issues, college, tool breakdown, weather, etc.
- I work in a queue, no special considerations or rush orders are offered at this time.
- I work in stages; Foam, Pattern, Sewing. I offer WIP at the end of each stage to ensure satisfaction, clients may request changes at these stages.
Payment:
- Payment plans are completely customized to each individual. I am an equal opportunity maker and therefore will service anyone of any income, but I require 50% to be paid off before I can begin work, and 100% plus shipping must be paid before the finished product(s) is/are shipped out.
- Payments can be in any denomination at any time, but please note that if 50% has not yet been paid off, clients are automatically bumped behind anyone who pays 50%+ before them.
- 50% of every order is nonrefundable for materials and time. This includes the premade Adoptable Fursuits.
- Clients have up to 8 months to finish paying off their suit and shipping after completion. After that point, the item and 50% deposit is considered forfeit and I have rights to resell the item with minor changes. (No unique markings will ever be resold).
- If a client requires more than 8 months after completion to pay off their product(s), please notify me and we will work something out :)
Work Hours:
My official work hours are limited to weekends currently while I'm in school, but I'm available for contact and messaging throughout the week. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response back before sending another message, life gets a little busy sometimes :)
Friday 5pm-12am
Saturday 10am-10pm
Sunday 10am-8pm
Shipping:
Shipping days are typically Monday and Friday, but exceptions are possible in certain circumstances.
Shipping is ALWAYS paid for by the buyer upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
Health and Hygiene:
- I take the utmost priority in health and hygiene. All materials are stored in locked containers and washed before use.
- All chemicals are used on a completely separate work station, and gloves are used to prevent cross contamination to otherwork stations.
- Only new materials are used, there are no second hand items allowed. Ie, new shoes, new leggings in bodysuits, new balaclava's, etc.
- Please notify me of any health concerns prior, such as certain food or material allergies.
- My home is pet friendly but all products are washed and sanitized before shipping for the utmost hygiene.
